Abolish most of your damaging taxes and institute a BIG land tax–a single rate, ALL-IN land tax–NOT a property tax.  That way everyone, including the 0.1%, will pay their fair share!  And beware of the uber-wealthy trotting out their ‘poor widow’ argument to defeat this necessary initiative.  She can be looked after OK.
