It explains how money works in an economy that has its own currency. It could be made better were it to recognise that a living wage universal income is superior to government job guarantees, and that public capture of publicly-generated land rent–therefore technically not a tax—has far greater merit than taxes which insert excess burdens on people and the economy at approximately twice the amount of taxation levied.

However, the video is a great start towards VIMMLBUTT.
