Pity that you had no time for land tax, though. You seemed totally opposed to it, siding in fact with “mum and dad investors” who believe their property values should be allowed to double or triple with little no public clawback of publicly-generated land values.

Among numerous others, the guys below didn’t agree that we should be taxing people’s incomes or purchases; they understood how economies might work well for people in general, not just for monopolists and “mum and dad” speculators. They’re now being joined by a handful of brilliant women economists who understand that we should not allow land rent to be privatized!
