I was honoured to be invited to present to the November 2013 session on land value taxation at a week-long symposium in Chengdu, China.

The dynamic Professor Fu Shihe published all the papers in English, and in Mandarin in his highly-respected Journal of Translation from Foreign Literature in Economics. 

Including my paper on the establishment of Canberra.
