John Locke, Adam Smith, David Ricardo and Henry George tell us we’d fix failing world economies were we to take the economic rents of our natural resources for revenue instead of disastrous taxes on workers and businesses.

Near the window by which I write a great bull is tethered by a ring in his nose.
