1. That government spend productively without tying us up in bonds.
2. A UBI to assist both individuals and businesses as the property bubble implodes. It will provide security to everyone, especially to women, and also acts to lower business wage costs. Win/Win (Except for rent-seekers. because a UBI is a direct deduction from unearned income.)
3. Of course, the third item in the package is to un-tax incomes and levy a charge against land values in order to raise wages and keep land prices down.
