The Property Council of Australia’s Ken Morrison is out today with advertisements trying to justify the parasitism of negative gearing real estate purchases – where you have the 90% of taxpayers who don’t negatively gear subsidise the 10% using the negative gearing lurk to buy more and more ‘investment’ properties, pricing housing out of the reach of young Australians.

You’ll probably get a ‘gong’ for getting your ads out, Ken, because Mitch Hooke got one for spending $22 million of the mining industry’s funds to keep the mining rent owed equally to all Australians in the hands of the mining companies.
