  1. Yes, Ozquoll, Alfred Russell Wallace is much underrated compared to Charles Darwin and, like most great philosophers, concluded that land rent is ‘commonwealth’.

  2. The only ‘growth’ I see is the growing number of big business shedding workers (Qantas, Holden, Transfield to name a few). Who knows how many small to medium businesses are sacking staff but judging by the number of For Lease signs in industrial parks, the numbers would be quite substantial.
