It’s interesting to consider the effect on poverty in today’s society.
The first change is the obvious; the driver of disparity that is land ownership is eliminated. What scale is this effect? Well given a capital accumulation of 5% on land in a normal year, this works out somewhere in the range of $4000 per person per year.
Assuming somewhere in the range of 80% of households are owned, this is a differential forcing of around $5000 a year.
